Knock Out is the mold release that works where others have failed. It will knock out your production problems and get "sticky parts" cleanly out of the mold. It is approved for indirect food contact and is also paintable. Knock Out Mold Release delivers a light, dry coating that is amazingly effective, working for several cycles without re-application.
Continually improving products include systems for manifolds, mold alignment and ejector tie-ins, limit switches, hot water and hot oil manifolds.
Using patent technology, IPS Moldshields prevent parts from falling outside the molding area. IPS also offers Mold Chutes, Skirts, Tie-Bar covers and Drum / Gaylord Covers.
